Greetings and welcome to Northshield`s new official scores database for Thrown Weapons.

Northshield participates in both a Royal Round competition and the Thrown Weapons Interkingdom Challenge.
What is TWIC?

It stands for Thrown Weapons Interkingdom Challenge (TWIC) and is the official format kingdoms use when competing against each other.

A TWIC consists of:

  • 15 throws with an axe
  • 15 throws with a knife
  • 15 throws with a spear

Competitors throw five of each weapon from each of three distances. Knives and axes are thrown from the 10-, 15-, and 20-foot lines. Spears are thrown from the 15-, 20-, and 25-foot lines.

See this website for the TWIC Rules & Regulations:

Where can I get more information?

For more information, please look at the links in the three boxes to the left. If any of your questions remain unanswered, please contact the Kingdom Thrown Weapons Marshal, whose information can be found by clicking on "Thrown Weapons Information" in the box labeled  Shoots . You may use the left side menu to browse through the current standings of the various shoots. You can use the Name Search function from the left side menu to look up your own scores or those of any other archer. If you believe that some of your scores are missing, then you should contact the TW Marshal-in-Charge of the event and verify with him/her that the scores were indeed submitted and when they where submitted.
