| Description |
| This was a crossbow tournament only. Target face was based off historical targets where a barrel lid was painted with a pastoral or similar scene. A smaller target consisting of two smaller rings were place off center on the lid. The barrel lid was represented by a 60 cm circle of cardboard with a medieval painting on it. Two points were awarded for hitting the lid. The inner target was a 4 point ring 12 cm in diameter and 8 point ring 6 cm in diameter. Four different targets were used with the inner ring in different off-center positions. Arbalists shoot six ends at each of the three distances of 40 yards, 30 yards, and 20 yards for 108 bolts in total. An arbalist leaving early would score zero in any subsequent end. |
