Each archer starts the first round (Morocco) with 8 arrows and can shoot all 8 if they choose. However, the number of arrows that do not score after being shot are deducted from the 8 arrow max the following round (example: archer shoots 8 arrows in round 1, 5 of which do not score. The archer will go into the second round with 3 arrows instead of 8). The 8-arrow max will reset on rounds 3,5,7,& 9. Deducted arrow amounts will be on rounds 2,4,6,& 8. If an all 8 arrows and misses, they will start the next round with 1 arrow. The final CA round will have 8 bolts. Distances were selected by HRM Nicollet.
