| Description |
Dame Johanna hosted her Bejeweled Grand Archery Tournament which tested the perseverance of the archers as well as their skill. 6 arrows at each of 8 targets at distances from 10 to 40 yards and a bouncing gem target at an unspecified distance. Most of the scores rested on hitting the gem of the highest scoring color, but on the `Flemish Flowers` authentic medieval style target it mattered how many of a certain color you hit.
So many arrows were lost into the hayfield that it cost a gem or two to participate! |
