The shoot was a Papango (popinjay/parrot) painted on a target at 20 yards.
The shoot was to allow the baronetcy to choose the next archery champion.
First round : 6 arrows, miss the bird, 5 points for a close miss/ 2 for an outer miss, zero for hitting the bird.
2nd/3rd rounds : 6 arrows, hit the bird, 1 point for hitting target but missing bird, body=2,head=4,beak=6,eye=8
4th/5th round : 30 seconds times, scoring as per 2nd/3rd rounds.
