| Description |
| A 2.5 ft. X 3.5 ft. target covered with halloween graphics (tricks). Between these pictures was taped `treats` such as snickers bars, M&Ms, etc.The target was set at approx. 30 yards. The object was to hit the tricks, without hitting the treats. Archers received one point per trick and one negative point for hitting a treat. The shot was done with three ends of eight arrows. After each end, the people who hit treats, were given the opportunity to make up the negative points by doing a `trick` of the marshal`s choosing. This consisted of shots such as looking at the target, then closing one`s eyes before drawing and releasing; having someone site the target for you while your eyes were closed; shooting a `rat` at a great distance, shooting over one`s shoulder, etc. Only the winner of the trick shot was able to make up their negative point. It was a lot of fun. We had a tie for first place, but Davina won after three tied rounds. |
