Description
Castle Window - 20 yards, 30 seconds. Target is an L shaped window, approx 10 inches wide at the top and 24 inches tall. Leg of window approx 8 inches wide and 6 inches tall. +2 points for each arrow inside the window.

Shrinking Blocks - 20 yards, 6 arrows untimed. Target is a vertical row of 6 squares that get smaller from bottom to top of target. Bottom square is approx. 5”x5”, and top square is about 1”x1”. From the bottom (largest), each square is worth 1,2,3,4,5, or 6 points.

Fox and Chicken - 10 yards, 3 arrows untimed. Target has two parts resting on a padded post approx 30 inches tall. A foam brick, about the size of a construction brick, is laid across the top of post lengthwise, with the taller side resting on the post, and the shorter side facing the archer. The face of a fox is painted on the shorter side facing the archer. Balanced on the center of the brick is a small Beanie Baby chicken. The goal is to hit the fox face on the brick. The archer scores +1 point for each hit on the fox, -1 point for each hit on the chicken, and +3 points for “the perfect shot”, which happens when the fox brick is shot out from under the chicken, and the chicken comes to rest on top of the post. During this competition, this happened about 5 or 6 times. The target will need to be reset in between shots if either target is hit or there is a strong wind.

Bunny Hoard- 20 yards, 6 arrows untimed. Friend/Foe. Target is a large grey bunny with an assortment of eggs, jelly beans, dark chocolate bunnies, and yellow chicks in its arms. Archers score +3 for each arrow hitting a yellow chick, +2 points for hitting the eggs and beans, -1 for hitting any part of the big grey bunny or dark bunnies. Scoring is in the archer’s favor.

Corn Stalks- unmarked distance around 8-10 yards, 6 arrows untimed. 4 targets that depict 2 ears of corn growing on either side of a stalk mounted on foam. Targets are about 24 inches tall and 6 inches wide, and are resting vertically on the ground to look like growing corn. Scoring is +1 point for the stalk and +2 points for the corn. Archers may not score multiple hits on the same target until all 4 targets have a scoring hit.
