Rules:
The minimum age for participation in children’s archery is 5 years
old on the day of the shoot.
- Age
- Children are ages 5 - 9
- Children age 5-7 must have permission from the Target MIC and must show archery competence to the MIC’s satisfaction.
- Scoring
- Children Royal Round consists of the following:
- 20 Yards
- 15 Yards
- 10 Yards
- Timed end of 30 Seconds at 10 Yards
- Individual average is determined by the 2 highest scores
- Scores may be shot on two different days
- Equipment
- There are no bow class divisions in children`s archery
- Marked bow limbs are allowed
- All Children must have a parent or court-appointed, legal guardian present at the range when participating in archery
