Scores must be Submitted by: Friday, November 30, 2018 and within 30 days of being shot.
Rules:
Adults and minors 16+. Royal Round consists of the following: 40 Yards 30 Yards 20 Yards Timed end of 30 Seconds at 20 Yards Scoring on 60cm Fita target: White ring=1, Black=2, Blue=3, Red=4, Gold=5 Individual average is determined by the 3 highest scores Scores must be shot on three different days Bow types: All equipment shall conform to the equipment standards in Section D* of the AnTir Book of Target (2014) Ranking Bow Divisions for Adult Royal Round: Open (modern handbows or period handbows with or without marked limbs) Longbow Crossbow DETAILS: Handbows: Any handbow with marked limbs may only be scored in the Open Bow Division. Recurve: Any bow with recurved limb ends and a cutout sight window. Includes bows with only slightly recurved limb ends and cutout sight windows, where the string does not touch or only slightly touches the recurved portion of the limb. Includes bows modeled on the Asian style recurves characterized by static recurved limb tips, or Siyahs, with or without a cutout sight window. Longbow: Any bow with straight limbs or slightly recurved limb ends, with or without a cutout sight window, where the bowstring does not touch or only slightly touches the limb ends. Modern longbows having an arrow shelf built into the bow are, by definition, longbows. Crossbows: Any bow meeting the crossbow equipment standards in D.4* Crossbows may be shot from any position consistent with safety standards. No artificial supports may be used.
